By accessing and using RezCraft ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
RezCraft is an AI-powered resume builder that allows users to create, edit, and export professional resumes. The Service includes features such as resume templates, AI-powered suggestions, PDF export, AI-powered cover letters (Pro users), resume sharing, and cloud storage of resume data.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Free Plan includes 1 resume, 5 AI suggestions per month, the Modern template, and PDF export. We reserve the right to modify the features available in the Free Plan at any time.
The Pro Plan is a paid subscription that provides access to premium features including 50 resumes, 500 AI suggestions per month, 100 AI-powered cover letters, 300 job applications tracking, all 8 resume templates, PDF export, and priority support. Subscription fees are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide resume suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should be reviewed and verified by you. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI suggestions.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by RezCraft and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REZCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RezCraft, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RezCraft operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
